Apple Retail Goes International?

According to a report by the Beijing Mac Users’ Group, Apple is set to open an “AppleCentre” in Oriental Plaza, Beijing. “Oriental Plaza is a new shopping complex near Wangfujing, and is on the road which leads through Tiananmen, the centre of Beijing . . . Oriental Plaza is in the centre of Beijing and concludes Wangfujing avenue, which is one of Beijing’s busiest and best-known shopping streets,” reportsthe article. This is evidently not Beijing’s first, but second AppleCentre. Complete details on retail hitting China’s capital are on the BMUG site.
