Did anyone else catch the new James Bond flick Die Another Day this weekend in between servings of turkey? Well, the producers (or whoever decides this stuff) must really like the new Sony Ericsson phones.
Early in the film Bond’s cover is blown when the General’s son discovers he is a secret agent after a lieutenant takes his picture with what appears to be a Sony Ericsson P800 camera phone. After a wireless query of the database the P800 reveals Bond’s real identity and a battle royale ensues. In another scene, Jinx (Halle Berry), uses a Sony Ericsson T68i to detonate a bomb.
Good phones or just product placement? And just when are we going to see those P800s anyway? I can’t wait to get one!
