Extremely rare …#61 in a very LIMITED prototype series. Possibly last one in existence?!! Code name W.A.L.T.(The code name for an Apple/BellSouth collaboration on an experimental telecommunication device that utilized Newton technologies. The term Walt was an acronym for “Wizzy Active Lifestyle Telephone”.) Copyrighted Apple 1993. Copyright date and 16 alphanumeric Serial number on back of WALT. Also is a taped on tag with the #61.

The tablet powers up with a musical sound then a disk icon with a question mark appears then nothing else happens. The instruction booklet has some water damage, BUT the unit does not! The water damage to the booklet has stuck the back pages together in the lower left corner. The tablet also has an attached stylus with functional button on it. The buttons across the top read; in order Fax Connect, Dial Pad, Speakerphone, Mute and Power on. The Original Apple power cord is intact and functional with a depressed Apple emblem on it. The last picture is with the screen powered on, it is blurry but in the middle is the disk icon with the question mark. The screen is greyscale like an older laptop and ALL pixels are lit, NO burnouts! There are Two phone jacks on the back along with the power hook-up. There are also controls for the volume, contrast and brightness.
