Extreme PowerBook: TiBook Tougher Than I Thought

Horror of Horrors. I had just placed my New TiBook on our dining room table. Plugged in the power cable and began to browse the PowerPage of course. My five year old came tearing into the dining room followed closely by our dog, before I could stop them they tripped over the cable pulling the TiBook of the table. On it’s way down it smashed into the chair. When it finally came to a rest on it’s screen I thought for sure it was dead. I bent to pick it up when the dog who had got his leg caught in the cable then dragged it down the four stairs into the living room. I let out a wail of despair. I picked it up gently, expecting the screen to be smashed. To my amazement I was greeted with the PowerPage, the cd happily spinning away. The only damage was a bent prong on the power adapter which was fixed with some needle nose pliers. I am either very lucky or this is one well built little beast.
