Intuit considers Quickbooks for Mac

I received the following email from Intuit yesterday out of the blue, asking for input for QuickBooks for Mac, including Mac OS X. They are looking to determine which flavour of QuickBooks should be brought to the Mac – None, the Web version’s plugin, or one of the fully-featured versions. Those of you who have been waiting for Intuit to be open to such ideas, now is your chance to be heard! Should the survey link no longer be acceptable, above is a link to quickbooks.com and below is the email address from the sender.

Subject: QuickBooks for the Macintosh – Survey from Intuit

Dear Intuit Customer:

We have received numerous requests for feature updates to our accounting software QuickBooks Pro 4.0 for the Macintosh. Though we have no plans to develop a new version of the program at this time, we are very interested in learning more about the needs of our customers who use Macintosh computers.

We are conducting a short survey comprised of questions about QuickBooks for the Macintosh that will take 10-15 minutes to complete. The online survey is being sent to a limited number of customers who have submitted comments to us at QuickBooks.com. We value your opinion and would greatly appreciate your input.

Thank you,
Larry Roadcap
