iPod Socks? Foof!

Yes, in stark contrast to this year’s non sequitur from Apple, the utterly inexplicable US$29 iPod socks, this is an accessory you might actually want: lovely (if somewhat, er, foofy) fabrics, handmade, and an interesting alternative to rubber. Even better, the folks at foof make a sleeve for your `Book to keep scratches away — a major issue, especially on the Aluminum and Titanium models. I still like the ability to operate the scroll wheel in the case, but at US$10.50 these are a great deal. As for the Apple alternative, well, at least Apple isn’t making iPod Jocks. Yet.
