Songs that are longer than 7:00 minutes are not available as immediate download from the iTunes music store. I noticed this while looking at Jimi Hendrix live at the Fillmore. 12:00 songs are not available, but anything less than 7:00 is.

On the flip side… an album with 12 songs costs US$9.99 and an album with 19 songs (ie. Barenaked ladies: Disc one) is still US$9.99.
