MacTel? Jam Box? What's in a Name?

It looks like Apple is considering branding its new line of Intel-based Macs under the “MacTel” moniker. MacSlash and CNet have posted that Apple has filed a trademark for the term. Does anyone else out there think that MacTel sounds horrible? What about the “MacIntel?”
Or “Intelintosh?”
Or just “InTosh?”
Ok, product naming is not my strong suit, Ok?

In other trademark news, CNet’s Ina Fried writes:

A further peek at recent trademark filings suggests perhaps the company’s long-rumored Asteroid music hardware might be coming to market. In April, the company applied for protection for the term “Jam Box.” The trademark would cover computer peripherals, “namely audio production systems comprised of computer hardware and software for composing, recording, creating, converting, enhancing, processing, amplifying, mixing, manipulating, and playing audio signals.”

Hmmmm… The PowerPage has no comment on Asteroid 😉
