New Prototype Motherboard

Prototype motherboard I found this red motherboard picture on the message boards on XLR8YourMac.com (amongst othe places.) Someone probably violated their NDA big time for this. This so called “prototype motherboard” was put up for sale on eBay and later “taken down by eBay at the request of Apple”.

Apparently it has 4x DDR Ram slots, AGP, IDE, Airport and some mystery ports. The board has from what I can tell, 3 mystery ports. One perpendicular the IDE connectors in the upper left of the screen, one between the Ethernet and firewire connectors, and one white connector in the middle of the board, behind the back-panel ports.

Could this be a prototype board for a system with a new enclosure, say the May 14th rack mount servers? G5’s? Something due at MWNY? Only time will tell.
