If you’re trying to pre-order an iPhone 13 with an Apple Card, there could be some hangups.
As of Friday, Apple Card users attempting to order the upcoming device were experiencing issues, which were later reported on Twitter. There was apparently no explanation as to why users were facing issues, and Apple did not release a comment as to these incidents, albeit this could have amounted to a system overload or similar issue.
It is still possible to order an iPhone 13 with a different credit card. However, many customers who do this will be unhappy at missing out on the three percent cashback they would have got from their order when paying by Apple Card.
