Ultimate Geekmobile

How do the trendiest cybergeeks go mobile? In a souped-up Mazda MP3 Miata. Check out these specs:

leaping lizards batman, it’s a geek-mobile. the current version has a pentium II 266 mhz processor, a 1.8l dohc16v 4-cyl. engine. 64 mb’s of ram, a swap-able 10 gig hard drive. current operating systems: windows se (try this for stability), winnt, and palmos. next version may support linux (redhat) with a trimmed down kernel for the instant on appliance device. or maybe macos, os9 has that cool voice log in, can you say michael knight? perhaps soon it’ll all run with- jini, if that ever works out. i’f i were a car manufacturer i’d encourage a standard for plugging in peripherals immediately. the car takes super unleaded, it gets 25 miles(40.2 kilometers) per gallon in the city, 29 miles (46.7 kilometers) per gallon on the highway and uses it’s spare cycles for seti and prime number research.

The car is also equipped with an MP3 player, controlled by a Palm V, using the scroll buttons or touch screen to choose songs.
