According to this surprising story at Slashdot “Universal Plans to copy protect all CDs which will render them unplayable on Macs, DVD Players, PS2s, and some CD Players.”
Wow. Anyone else worried about not being able to pay for music that you purchased on your Macintosh computer? I suspect that Macintosh users will have to re-consider buying any CDs from Universal Music Group until this issue gets addressed.
