Where oh Where is the iBook Reset Button?

Although there is no conceivable reason why anyone should be asking this question (yet), a new Apple TIL (“iBook: Location and Function of Reset Button“) answers the burning question about the location of the iBook Reset Button:

The reset button is located directly above the power button on the keyboard between the narrow air vents. You can press the reset button by inserting the end of a paper clip into the small reset hole and gently pressing the switch once.

iBook has the equivalent of a reset button via a key sequence. To reset the hardware, press the Ctrl-Command- Power keys simultaneously.

Pressing the reset button or using the key sequence will reset the iBook hardware and force the computer to restart. The reset procedure should only be used in a situation where your iBook is not responsive to keyboard or trackpad input and appears to be in a frozen state.

Invoking the hardware reset will cause any unsaved data to be lost.
