Apple releases iOS 16.4.1, iPadOS 16.4.1, and macOS Ventura 13.3.1, chases after emoji, Siri, and security concerns

On Friday, Apple released iOS 16.4.1, iPadOS 16.4.1, and macOS Ventura 13.3.1, a series of minor updates that follow the launch of larger updates.

The iOS 16.4.1 and iPadOS 16.4.1 updates include fixes for the following issues:

  • Pushing hands emoji does not show skin tone variations
  • Siri does not respond in some cases
  • Bug and security fixes

‌‌iOS 16‌‌‌.4.1 and iPadOS 16.4.1 can be downloaded on eligible iPhones over-the-air by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

Apple also released macOS Ventura 13.3.1. The minor update offers the following fixes and changes:

  • Pushing hands emoji does not show skin tone variations
  • Auto Unlock your Mac with Apple Watch may not work
  • Bug and security fixes

As usual, the ‌‌‌‌macOS Ventura‌‌‌‌ 13.3.1 update can be downloaded for free on all eligible Macs using the Software Update section of System Settings.
