Apple on Thursday released macOS Monterey 12.2.1.
The update, a 1.04 gigabyte download, adds the following fixes and changes:
- Important security updates and fixes an issue for Intel-based Mac computers that may cause the battery to drain during sleep when connected to Bluetooth peripherals.
The update looks to chase down a bug that caused batteries to drain, which had become a prevalent issue among users. The update can be located, downloaded, and installed via the System Preferences > Software Update feature.
