Apple battery Hardware iPhone Rumor

iPhone 11 handset batteries thought to have batteries offering increased capacities between 5.7 percent and 25 percent over 2018 iPhone models

A group of possibly technical details have surfaced regarding the battery and RAM specifications for the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max handsets. Filings have been submitted to Chinese regulatory agency TENAA, as legally required.

Submissions for TENAA have proven accurate in years past, and offered accurate battery capacities and RAM for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR handsets prior to their launches.

TENAA has listed the following technical information as follows:

  • iPhone 11: 3,110 mAh battery and 4GB of RAM
  • iPhone 11 Pro: 3,046 mAh battery and 4GB of RAM
  • iPhone 11 Pro Max: 3,969 mAh battery and 4GB of RAM

The 2019 model iPhone batteries are thought to have larger capacities between 5.7 percent, 14.5 percent, and 25 percent larger battery capacities than the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max, respectively.

Apple has stated that the iPhone 11 battery lasts up to one hour longer than the iPhone XR, while the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max last up to four and five hours longer than the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, respectively.

As reported before, all three handsets across the iPhone 11 lineup are said to feature 4GB of RAM.

Stay tuned for additional details as they become available.
